

Partnering with Senior Leaders and Department Managers, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all new hires are culturally aligned and meet role specific skillset requirements that contribute to high performing teams. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-end recruitment and attracting top talent in markets both locally and internationally, focusing on every department across the Support Centre in South Africa and supporting with additional markets when required.
